Alongside being a contributing author for the Oxford journal on Trust Law and Practice and other international legal guides, Claudia also sits on the Law Association Trust Law Committee—recognised as a specialist and always up-to-date with the latest law changes and cases. Ziyad recently stepped down from this Committee following two years of service. Claudia is also the standing Convenor of the AML/CFT Committee member for the Association. Claudia is one of four Family Business Accredited Advisors in New Zealand accredited with the Family Business Association and Full Member with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
