With decades of experience specialising in domestic and foreign trust structures, tax, succession, regulatory and compliance laws, Claudia Shan is a trusted expert in the field. A full member (TEP) of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Claudia is also a Committee Member for the Trust Law Committee and standing Convenor for the AML/CFT Committee of the Law Association (New Zealand).
